Everything is very nice up until the puja starts. I picked a package for Rin Mukthi which included everything from Puja to prasad to Dhan. While the puja started well, I am not even sure if my name was called out because there were so many disturbances in the live video, prasad didn’t deliver to my house as opted and when I try to follow up on this, there has been absolutely no response from the team. I got this done three months ago and nobody has reached out to me. As I said, we couldn’t hear the audio clearly but even if my name was called out and dhan and assuming everything was done by Vama, I have seen no improvements in my life since the puja.

I have booked slot for kalbhairav puja on 02.02.24,Payment was done on 28.01.24 and All particulars I filled and when I asked for puja video link they ask to wait for 10 days,when I argued they said 2 days and now these people are telling that payment was unsuccessful.It proves they are fooling people and taking away the money

After booking no puja nothing. No responses from them. This is fraud and cheating. Will go to cybercrime division with complaint

Do not take any puja service from them they are big scams just take money and do normal puja with no real life effects , I ordered a yantra of a puja which happen 1 month ago and yet till today they have failed to deliver the yantra and just constantly keep giving reasons but no real life actions I am highly disappointed with vama and their service it’s total SCAM

They are a big cheater on the online astrology platform. They didn’t do the puja and give no response to the customer. Poor customer support. Fake promise all the time. And secondly all the astrologer on their platform misguides everyone. Worst Online Astro platform.

They took my money two time and always show my order as pending. Didn’t perform any puja and once when puja was performed they didn’t even take our name. I’m waiting for the customer service guy to respond.. they never respond.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I had made a payment for participation in “rin mukta” puja. On the designated day my name/gotra was never called during the Pooja. They promise to give a video recording but they never shared. Several times issue was highlighted through app support but never got a response. Even send them an email on which as expected no action was taken. They are just frauds who mint money from people who are in distress.
