Very Handy Thank You

Hi, I like the new app but would prefer to receive a text message reminder. I find that was much harder to miss.

Appreciate the reminders lots, and when I’ve had to phone and speak to a human, they’ve been great. Not having things picked up can be stressful, though…

This app is great for checking what days certain bins are collected! I love that there is a reminder/notification feature for the app and that you can set your home address as the location. It also has tips for the different bins and collection. Overall happy with this!

Excellent, reminder love it!

The app is working well for a while and reminding me to take out my garbage on garbage day, but suddenly the notification stopped. I turned them on, but still they didn’t work. I had to delete the app and reinstall it to get them to work but other than that the app is OK not the best, but not the worst.

Really helpful to see what items are recyclable, compostable, and which belong in the garbage. Check out the ‘waste wizard’ section!
