Done one year subscription, but not activated
I renewed subscription of Vanitha in March for a year. now this app doesn’t provide access to new edition and they ask me to pay, this app always has one or the other issue always
Subscription not restoring on iPad I have subscribed on online website for 6 months. When I login with the same Id, it’s not restored Please help

Not able to download the issues :( Waste of money. Spend INR 500 for nothing.
It says 180 rupees for six months subscription. When we go for downloading we have to pay 60 rupees for each issue. Also download does not succeed. Frustrating app. Please dont waist your hard earned money for this crap
I was able to download only first issue after subscription. First issue found impressive but after that no issues were able to downlad. When I contact their customer supportive they says its is because of my connection speed. I am using a 20mbps line here :).
I am a paid subscriber. I haven't received the latest edition yet even though all my neighbors have already finished reading it! This happened last month as well. Terrible service!
