Does this app ever work? I signed in once and then I was never able to ever again. WiFi, no WiFi, didn’t matter. No idea what’s happening to my vans points 🤦‍♂️

I get logged out to an error screen and I have to delete the app, and redownload it to get access to the app

Why is it making me log in every time I touch the screen? I’m not hating I just would like this fixed does any one else have this problem?

Every time I click on something, the app keeps logging me on of my account. It’s happening constantly regardless of the fact that I had already just logged in.

I’m new to vans and their app and recently bought shoes from them. However, I was trying to get an explanation from the chat bot asking what the points were. It said, “that’s what I’m here for.” Which was a vague and odd answer to give me. Hopefully they update their assistant bot for future accommodations!

I keep getting logged out and having to log back in. My package said 3-5 day shipping and it has now been a week.

The reason why I rate vans a 1 is because vans cancelled my order on August 14 and I order them August 13 they didn’t send me a email until August 16. Vans canceled my order and didn’t give me back my money. They didn’t even tell me what the reason was for all they said was for some of these following reasons and I was just trying to find out the location of them. Vans also did not save my password after I saved it multiple times. They also did not let me reset my password multiple times. So be careful with vans they can scam you. I ordered 2 pairs of knu skool vans the white and black ones size 9.5 and the other all black vans size 12.
