The platform just don’t let us withdraw out money. Slow issue resolution.

There is no customer support. The application doesn’t have the proper scanning skill. We don’t have the option to enter the name properly and it take the name from scanned supporting document and it enter wrongly like fist name as last name and last name as fist name . If we approach to customer support there is no reply and no one take initiative to rectify such a issue. As a costumer, this application cannot use because the wrong name we can’t connect the bank account so I remove this application.

BTC from Binance transfered and does not reflect in the wallet. Spoke to support and now more than 5 days no response. Not sure what’s happening and looks like I wasted my time and money on this app.

Fraud app they have taken almost 1 lac rupees and deleted my account. I have no system to which i can connect them. Plz beware of this fraud app

I'm encountering a problem when trying to sign up for a Vauld account using the iOS app. When I choose the "Sign In with Google" option, I receive the following error message: "Access blocked: Authorization Error. The OAuth client was deleted.”
