As another review stated, the time to connect is rather long. For the clocks, I’d like to see a sleep mode that has select parameters such as screen brightness and sound volume.

Will not connect. I wish they would fix the issue?

Installed the app and configured for my VS20i safe with no issues. The app has consistently worked with the safe with no disconnects.

There isn’t even an option to select 24H time.

By the time you open the app until it’s connected with your safe, it’s approximately 7 seconds. 7 seconds is forever when every second matters. Do better Vaultek!

The app doesn’t work

Do not waste your money on this safe/app. The safe is nice, works ok. However, the selling point is the integration with your phone via Bluetooth. I have had the safe for 2 years and have never been able to pair the app/phone/safe. The clock is ALWAYS off because you cannot pair the app with the safe. Multiple attempts through customer service achieve zero success. If you want an integrated safe, do not waste your money!!!

App doesn’t connect to safe. Barely connects. Works maybe 1/10 times

The app appears to be alright. Has the basics in terms of controls and works as it should. It would be nice to see a 24hr time option for the clock. Please add!!

You got maybe a 30% chance the app will connect to the safe. 0% chance it’ll happen in a timely fashion. Settings change by themselves. Serves no purpose that an extra button or 2 on the safe couldn’t do better. Disappointing as this app is very much ruining what could have been a great safe.
