I’ve been Unable to access my paid subscription since Mar-2023 due to a bug in their website/App. No contact number on their website or App. Contact us form is dysfunctional. Will be taking them to consumer court.

Amount paid for subscription 6 days back but subscription was not activated. They don’t even bother to reply the emails.This is the state of affairs. Feeling looted.Deserve not even single star.

I paid the yearly subscription and it erroneously says within hours of making an online payment that I have to renew my subscription. I not only called the help desks at both HT and the VCC circle offices sent umpteen emails. After nearly two months thay have not renewed my subscription. Cheats and Unprofessional. Never reviewed an app before. But this is useless.

We can’t view the stories once clicked on the headline. I would request a refund of the fees charged for the premium service.

Articles never open on the app. Complained several times still no action.

I can see the news title but when you open all you get is a blank page. Fix this

Disappointed!

It seems people running VCCircle are not concerned about their consumer. Worthless app which doesn't have useful UI and also pages don't open in app. There is zero update in app in last 2 years.

I can see the landing page but none of the articles open upon clicking on them. Please fix it! The app is entirely useless at the moment.
