More than excellent app and services 👍
I’ve been using vCita for a few years and I find the tool easy to use for scheduling calls with clients. I am giving in 4 stars only because attachments don’t come through via the app, I need to ask people to email me directly.
At first was a little hard getting to know this app, but now can’t live without it. Thank you

I have been one of the earliest adopter of Vcita since 2014 and everything seemed promising. With time the company grew up, problems with security and privacy arose, customer support quality declined and pricing has skyrocketed. As a business owner my delivery on promises made to customers are #1 priority. I have been loyal client for 10 years now and all I get is price increase every year and total silence when report issues. The mobile app is glitchy and has poor performance, the web portal has many log in issues as well across devices. I am using the basics as Mini CRM but considering finding another solution. Just wish there was an accountability and fulfillment of clients promises made. This is not the way to go VCITA!
This app constantly log you out and then doesn’t let you log back in for days (same on desktop). Currently the app doesn’t open and loads to a screen saying the url in invalid. It stopped syncing with our calendars as well. I’ll be looking to switch to a different CRM as working scheduler is necessary for my business.
The app is very unreliable, constantly displaying a loading icon. It requires frequent restarts. The developers should improve its functionality, especially since many of us rely on it for business purposes but are unable to use it effectively.
Probably the worst billing app in existence.
I absolutely hate using this app but have no choice given it’s the software we use for work. The app runs like it was developed in 2008 and never updated since. I have to force quit the app every time I want to reopen it otherwise nothing will load. Start up time is sometimes over 20 seconds before anything displaces on the screen and the interface is extremely laggy when it’s actually running. The whole thing needs to be fixed. Just awful.
