Can’t even sign in after paying for a subscription that is already dumb to have in the first place.

Sorry to all of the people who own vectors but the company went under.

The servers are shut down and won’t allow you to login. They claim you can pay 80$ a year to operate vector but there are no servers to run the payments ect. Don’t waste your time just sell your vector on eBay or throw it in the trash.

Vector is a great product but if you previously bought this and want to start it up or just got it you can no longer set it up because they are too lazy to read their reviews or update their app so the product is unusable simply because of a terrible lazy support team that clearly doesn’t care about their customers or their company.

It’s scummy that they’re still selling these on Amazon when they don’t even work anymore. If anyone knows a good attorney, please let me know

Will this app help with an older vector??

Completely nonfunctional and needs removed from App Store.

DDL has gotten the server’s up and running again but the app hasn’t been updated. Which it doesn’t work at all. Waiting for the company to update this app.

Have had vector for 4 years now. The app worked great for the first couple years. Now it seems there is no longer any support and my app won’t load. Contacted support which took a very long time and they had me factory reset and firmware restore vector. Got it done but app will still not load properly. They also keep charging me for access and I haven’t had access to online with vector for 2 years.
