Vedique Diet

I joined this program a few months ago after becoming tired of many diets. After menopause, my weight started increasing and reached 83 kg from 56 kg. I tried many things, including intermittent fasting for about a year, but I only managed to reduce 3 kg. However, whenever I had to go to a dinner or vacation, the weight would increase again. Fed up with these patterns, I came to know about this Vedic diet plan. After joining it, there has been no looking back. I have a lot of praise for my dietician, Yogita, who always patiently listens to my problems. I requested her to allow me at least two cups of tea a day, which she easily agreed to. The diet she provides has a lot of variety and is very fulfilling. I followed it with full sincerity and am now happy to report that I lost 10 kg in 4 months and 15 days. Thanks, Yogita and team!

Total waste of money. 1. I assumed diet would be based on Ayurveda but they give only medicines and diets are not normal food. 2. No correct support form dietitian when asked for replacement they convince you back without helping 3. Diet does not work at all and very demotivating

I have started this diet fir past 1 1/2 month and i can see the changes . My skin started feeling good, breakouts are gone, feeling light, the urge of over eating just vanished, m back to my favourite jeans . These may be very little changes but it made alot of difference . Makes u feel more confident Thanks vedique diet And special thanks to YOGITA for helping me out ❤️

My nutritionist Fiza has been a great help. She is always there to assist. I really like the way they follow up around 2-3 times a week. I would highly recommend them to everyone out there looking for weight loss. They are the best.

Most of the time it having server errors

All the reviews are 2+ years old, currently this is faceless App organisation, u can’t contact anyone on mobile, only they will contact as per their need. Absolutely not suitable for weight loss like program. Very disappointing.

Cant see weight history, it keeps hanging up or closes suddenly. There is no way to store historical diets which is insane as no one does that. Wont recommend this nutrition company to anyone.

I bought my program over a week ago. And till date they don’t find the time to give me my diet. They call at the wrong time. Pathetic. Waste of money. Don’t go to these guys.

I am happy with the plan I have taken. Special thanks to my dietician Tanvi. She is an awesome support. She is caring, understanding and knows exactly what to plan for my day. Kudos to the team and special thanks to my dietician. 🤗 It was a great idea to consult them 😊

3 months , following to the -t no weight loss as gauranteed by sales rep , no follow ups by doctors as promised , horrible diet and horrible experience. I feel I’ve been fooled by the marketing rep . My health issues have been treated with utmost neglect , I would like a refund. Absolutely ate no junk lived on the sick diet in the name of health food .
