Every time auto logout and we forgot password we cannot login again .

Showing invalid after key in correct ID & password!!!

After management changed using this apps the security system becomes worst.. anyone also can enter without home owners permission. Even midnight when you are sleeping. No user authorization.

My experience also about the same.. always force user to update then after update, big possibility to hit error.. such as system error, server error n etc.. very bad..

Generally easy to use and navigate. For visitor registration, would be good if can have recurring option (another condo app company has this option). While allowing residents to copy details from previous registration, it is still cumbersome. Example of recurring visitors are weekly cleaning service, family visiting to check out house when away etc

Show invalid username or password but key in correc

Every time when there’s an update, the app forces the user to update the app before you can use it. I find this quite annoying especially when you urgently need to check or verify something regarding to your property, and then there’s a “bug fixes” update that you MUST perform before you could do anything with the app. Not to mention if you’re using mobile data with weak connection, is quite impossible to perform updates. And for some reason the app take quite some time to install the new update after downloading it.

Sub account cannot create visitor and getting error message. But main account can create. Please fix this ASAP !!!

Apps Keep Error to register Visitors. Update already the latest version still the same.

Apps turn to blank page when select booking facility history. Apps need to be force shut down to go back main page.
