I don’t know if it’s just me experiencing this alone but all have got to say is that their service poor…you can never trust them with your card,always at the point of disappointing…If you don’t make use of your virtual card for sometime they would terminate which is very wrong because that card doesn’t come free and I had to freeze mine at a point,when I decided to unfreeze it,always writing process failed….have emailed them countless times and nothing has been done about it and it’s totally annoying

For some reason, I’m unable to use the downloaded app; I can’t get past the introductory message. Unable to get access when I tap on ‘get started’.

I had the sweetest experience on this app, I can swap, use both naira and dollar cards without any issues. Their rate is also fair. User interface sweet die

The first time I requested for their dollar card, it took days and when I mailed them; they said it’s instant. Fast forward to now, the card I requested for is now out of service; I’ve requested for a new one and for over 4 days now, the card is yet to be created. Their customer service has gone from 7 to 0. They haven’t improved one bit, if you need your card urgently; don’t trust them with it.

Can’t add a virtual card until you upload KYC documents. But guess what? The only NIN is the only accepted document, and they actually need you to upload an image of it even after inputing your NIN number. Great response time from customer service, but unethical staff who would ignore your genuine feedback and questions but still respond in an inappropriate way saying “All you need to do is to upload the NIN slip”, just to make sure they keep you as a customer by all means necessary!

If your money is of value to you do not download this app.Very unserious people

1. There virtual cards doesn’t work 2. I withrew my money to my GTB account and it took over 2 hours for the money to reflect
