Non-friendly app for users
I used this app as a resident of Khayaban e Amin. Sorry to say app is very non-friendly app for users. While completing profile there is no description added to each field to guide user how to fill that column. In column for block I filled N 1 instead oh N block system did not generate error and showed profile completed however system did not show electricity bill. I created a ticket then I am informed about the error. There is no option to update CNIC email. This caused a draw back; now I am asked to download app to other computer and provide all new information like email telephone CNIC that is ridiculous. I am using softwares for last 35 years such non friendly softwares were created in late 80s or early 90s. Now software development requires user friendly functions. There is no option for forgot password password recovery or reset
