Silent hours bug
As has been mentioned by others (at least a year ago) there is a bug meaning that you cannot set silent hours across midnight. You also cannot delete silent hours once set. Pity, as it otherwise seems to work well.

The fan shows a red indicator, when we have a power cut and stays like this until you reconnect it with the app, are there any suggestions to get the fan to restart on its own. Other than this problem, it works flawlessly.
Have a Vent-Axia Multihome AEP and am using this app with it. Once paired, it works well when within Bluetooth range. Gives access to all the settings - much easier than fiddling with them via the mini-screen on the unit. I had difficulties getting it to pair. Vent-Axia UK no help as they do not sell the Multihome in the UK. Had to talk to Vent-Axia Netherlands. The trick is to get the unit truly in pairing mode with the blue light not just on but flashing. Also for Multihome you need to select Multivent as model name. Unable to pair a second iPhone to same unit. This may not be supported. Or possibly I was just having same difficulties as with first pairing. Persevere - it is worth having it working!
Staggeringly bad. Why can’t I just put a timer on for when my fan runs? Why are the sensors - even set on “high sensitivity” - so useless? Why can I only “boost” - ie manually turn the fan on - for 15 minutes? Should be simple stuff. For a £120 fan, this is absurd.
The app never connects to the App via Bluetooth and just runs continuously on a very slow mode - shower room just never get dry - will swap for a better fan
I've connected quickly to my unit, there was guidance where to click in the unit to initialize connection. You can easily increase speed of air circulation in the app from front page. There is a ton of adjustments available to you unit in the setting to make it fit to your private needs. I have not tested all options and i was using only my unit Kinetic Advance 2023 mhvr device, but for my situation, as a feedback, app works really well and reasonably intuitive.
A lot of negative reviews here, but for me the app is working perfectly. Connects quickly to my Svara fan and allows me to customise the operation easily. The main challenge was finding the PIN code on the fan which is printed in tiny writing on an obscure part of the circuit board! But this isn’t the app’s fault. It is working perfectly for us and I give it 5 stars.
I have tried connecting the multi home to an iPhone 13 and IPAD pro with no luck. Customer says that I now have an EU product but was sold to me in the UK so no support from them.
No complaints with connecting or the ability change settings. Far better than having to do it on the fan itself. I thought a Bluetooth extractor fan would be a gimmick but I was entirely wrong. The only real improvement I would like to see is to have the ability to have different fan speeds for different circumstances. For instance higher ramp up speed for humidity and a lower ramped up speed for odour sensor.
Be aware that the silent hours function does not work properly with Sentinel Multivent - you cannot program a silent hours period across midnight! Also, there is no guidance from Vent-Axia for this app’s use with Sentinel Multivents! You can get support from their tech. people but this is long winded. A user guide similar to the one available for their Svara product would be so much more helpful!
