Veri - Understand What You Eat

The idea is great but the execution is poor. The fact that I need 2 apps and 10 different tabs to do 2-3 simple things is inefficient. A lot of sludge in the ux.

App only reads from Apple Health and does not write back into the core of my health monitoring. Tried everything to “activate” this. Even reinstalling because I thought I’d possibly setup incorrectly by mistake. I hadn’t done so but all my history was gone after the reinstall. 😔 Also doesn’t combine my foos tracking in MyFitnessPal. All in all a very basic app for a very premium price.

Hi All, I have stumbled upon your product because I want to learn more about how my food intake affects my metabolism. I use various tools among which is Veri and the app. I am a non-diabetic person yet the insights the app provides me with are so useful to me

I have had such a frustrating run with Veri. Their plans are illogical (2 months of sensor and 4 months of app access makes little sense to me) and they recently sent an order that is now lost and they are lackadaisical about it and not hunting the package down: I have to say I’m disappointed given the high cost. I’d encourage others to look elsewhere as I will do once and if I ever get my final order

I’ve been charged over ~$1600 by this company when I’ve tried to cancel multiple times. It’s harder to turn off than your cable company. I wonder if the government may shut this company down similar to Ubiome.

I’ve used Veri service for about a week and learned a ton about my body and metabolism. I’m healthy, thankfully, so got this to learn how to stay that way. Some of my food assumptions were wrong. Everyone will benefit from this personalized knowledge. With diabetes on the rise I can’t believe these CGMs are not given for free to everyone

So far a lot of issues and there is no one in customer service to get help from. I don’t know whether it is working or not . I wish I had not used this brand I hope someone will get in touch to resolve all the problems and I will write another review.

I have been using Veri for about 3 weeks and really like it. First of all, customer support is amazing. I had an issue with my first CGM, and they responded quickly to help me figure out how to get it solved. They are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Second, I love having this data, because I have learned several things about what affects my blood sugar that was counterintuitive. For example, my blood sugar gets higher in the morning with the same meal than it does, in the evening, which is opposite of what I expected. Also, I’ve learned how exercise impacts my blood sugar, including learning that I should take a walk after every meal to lower the blood sugar sugar impact. I am very healthy, but have a lot of family issues with diabetes, so having this information helps me feel like I have more control over my health and making sure I don’t get diabetes in the future.

The 3-month app subscription for blood-glucose monitoring only includes 2 sensors which last 2 weeks each. That’s one month of value and then the rest of the time is a huge waste because this app provides no more value than a few webmd articles and a notepad to log your meals. Huge scam.
