App is broken
For a company that’s providing credit check services and making millions, their solution is an app in which the HKID scanner doesn’t work. This company’s dev team is a joke. There is no need for an APP. Just allow people to create an account and order a report on the website and have a mobile version of it.
Simply Doesn’t Work!
The app just continually fails to work however many times you try to scan your ID card and complete the 3D facial recognition. And just locks your account. So is actually worse than useless. As many reviewers say, there really needs to be the option to give it a 0 star rating.
