I was waiting a lot for App like Vero because I got tired of Facebook and Instagram, a lot of annoying ads, fake accounts and many problems and they only focus on the videos and neglect the photographers, so Vero is my new home 🏠💛

Unfortunately, there are notifications for about everything EXCEPT the one we need: new posts by friends. Family and friends who use the app infrequently only see posts days or weeks later, it kind of defeats the purpose. All notifications are optional so people with lots of connections could just leave this one off to avoid being constantly alerted. We will be looking for an alternative. Maybe a self hosted version of Mastodon or Pleroma would work better.
