Hi and good morning, may I ask something? Why should Versa take a long time to verify the IC? I dont think there so many people want to verify their IC too at the same time! Is this the problem of the management?

The updating is rather slow. When money is banked it - a prompt update will increase customers’ confidence on Versa. Also, profits needs prompt update too.

The app was nice for beginners but to be honest , Cash In rm 10 take 2-3 business days ? Seriously? That’s not the problem, the main problem is cash out . Took 2-3 business days as well . Imagine what if we had 10 thousand inside and need the fund like right now . Naa , fix that and I’ll join back . Peace

Trying to verify my ID multiple times but still not successful. Trying to contact their support but the response is so disappointed. There is no solution to counter the issue. I would like to give up on this app already

Keseluruhannya, proses deposit dana mengambil masa 2-3 hari waktu bekerja. Jangan risau kerana proses ini memang mengambil masa yang agak lama sedikit. Terbaik versa. Ada dana patuh shariah, jadi jangan risau untuk melabur.
