I can’t stand that it nags me to log into the app to update data. Why should I? I have all notifications shut off, yet once the notifications start, they don’t stop. Everyday at 10am. I have the watch, I have the app. I hate being nagged and bothered. Does apple do this to their watch customers? I will switch to apple if they don’t get texted regularly.

Very disappointed. It does not count your steps. And the calorie count is way off. The app and watch have trouble syncing so I don’t get calls or texts on the phone. Sorry I purchased it.

I have returned the watch and can’t close account

I got this watch a year and half ago, it worked perfectly, the app now doesn’t allow to upload data and the sync is taking forever

Great app so far. Had it for about a year and love the tracking and notifications. The new “sleep daily” and “exercise daily “ reports are not working very well. I’ll get 3 or 4 sleep reports throughout the day. Would love the ability to turn these off.

The watch “Lattie” bought on Amazon last year won’t pair anymore. Can’t even ajust the date and time, might as well throw it in the garbage. It’s very disappointing .

Updated the app b/c it did not download the previous days data (thought it might help) Now the app will not even open. The app barely functioned before at the best of times (and the ads are ridiculous) but now I have nothing.

Now each time the app is launched a full page ad is displayed. Continue to the app is a tiny button at the top of the screen so small that I accidentally tap the ad. I assume that is the point of making the button so small. Absolute sell out to advertising. Uninstalling.

I wish I hadn’t updated this app for my watch. Now it plays ads. So irritating for an app specifically for a purchased item.

So STUPID that adds pop-up during exercise mode. WHY????
