Great info and prices

I still use the vessel app despite it’s clunkiness and hit & miss on actually processing my vessel stick properly. Currently, I can’t get the app to open, a pop up says to download the new app. When I click on that, it says it’s not available in my country (U.S.) which is weird. I’m connecting via a US vpn. I tried on just cellular data, turned my phone off & on … no luck. Frustrating because I have crohns and I really do love this app when it works. I have had to throw away many sticks because “something went wrong” and app couldn’t read it. Vessel is good about sending replacements when you ask for them.. but that doesn’t help me when I’m dealing with a flare up or fatigue or trying to pinpoint what’s going on with my body. If another similar app/technology comes along with a less clunkier app.. I’ll def try it. Also it’s annoying to have to deal with all the clicks to get through the timer notification, which is instructions if you are new to using it. You can “skip timer” and the instructions, but the app experience could be bypassing that for regular users for a better experience.

The App is a great tool to manage my wellness journey! Test cards are an easy and inexpensive way to monitor my nutrition and nutrient levels, and the personalized supplements really make a difference. The PM formula improved my magnesium level and has really helped me sleep!

Lots changed with this app. Since Jan of 2023 it’s cancellation policy changed. You cannot cancel on the app. You have to call / email and no one returns calls or emails. Zero customer service. I have been charged $130+ twice in the past 6mo for a subscription I did not want to renew. Stay far away from this app.

After the last update the app crashes before it even logs back in - what is going on? This is ridiculous- I can’t even get to tech support the links broken- are you going out of business or upgrading?

I really love the concept of taking some of our health into our own hands and having deeper awareness of what’s going on with our bodies in a scientific manner. This program gave me an affordable space to do that. I think there’s so much that can be done with this technology and I hope they continue to develop it and offer different types of cards specialized to different needs. My only complaint with the company is how hard it was to cancel when I needed to but I’m hoping that is something they will take into account and improve. I’m looking forward to restarting my membership when I can. It seems like this company is constantly working on improvements and it makes me excited about what’s to come potentially.

I had a gastric bypass in July 2020. Watching my bodies levels in areas like Calcium, Magnesium ect… are important to feeling my best. Once a week I test to see if I need to make adjustments to my diet. This has become a valuable tool in accessing my health❣️

I check my results often to make sure I’m keeping a healthy diet and balanced with the correct nutrients and supplements. Vessel is a key part of my routine.
