Vet Tix

Been using VetTix for years - now an awesome program is even better thanks to the app. I don’t get some of the negative reviews. Are some shows “no camera allowed”? Yes. So you improvise/adapt/overcome - take your photo outside the venue in front of the marquee. We’ve done it a few times. Never a problem. App crashes? Reset your phone. It’s not the app, it’s your phone. Problems with your account. Yes, there’s no phone number to call - but reach out via Facebook or email. They are pretty responsive for a non-profit. As I said, been using them for years and never had an issue that couldn’t be resolved easily. Follow their Facebook page and you’ll be good to go.

Yeah..So I was one of the first veterans to be on Vettix before it was even a thing. I haven’t been on it for quite a few years and now I found out there’s an app. So I downloaded the app and tried to change my password and it said it banned me from ever being on Vettix for not following a rule. What rule you say? I have no clue!! They won’t even let me contact them..

I’ve put in for several tickets. Each time there is zero notification if you have entered a request and no notifications if you get tickets or not. They are still happy to take my personal information. Many of my veteran friends have had similar experiences. Stay away. It’s a waste of your time and your personal information might be at risk.

But the execution is a huge no go. The App itself is constantly crashing on me and giving me error messages all the time. With that being said, I think that the idea of recognizing veterans is an important venture. I do hope that they can fix all the bugs soon. God Bless America and those that served to keep it safe! Make sure you have all the states please.

I'm glad I looked at Google and noticed it said"vettix has an app to download". This works much easier then logging in everytime. I would recommend promoting it on the main page because if it's on there then I've never seen it. Thanks for everything you all do. Made my life a lot happier. Keep up the great work..

The app frequently times out, making you repeat the search, only for it to time out again.

This App is easier to use than the Vettix website but it needs work. I experience frequent crashes and data display problems. Vettix support is not very receptive to constructive criticism so I would not expect that they read this or fix anything until they think it needs fixing

I’m have been on the Vet Tix app for barely a week and I’ve already used it twice! I will tell every veteran I know to download this app! And I learned about from my Uber driver who is a retired Marine! It works… Nationwide! Thank you Vet Tix! 🫡

This app is awesome. It is easier to search for events. Thank you Vettix for all the tickets and most of all thank you for this app.
