Sama aplikacja pokazywała na początku bardzo przystępne ceny ale to jest tylko pozór bo aby móc wypożyczać rowery musicie mieć 10 złotych na koncie i do momentu kiedy ich nie macie kwota mniejsza od 10 nie jest możliwa do wykorzystania, Sama aplikacja też nie jest intuicyjna i nie było nigdzie wzmianki o tym że nie można odstawiać rowerów do stacji co poskutkowało tym że musiałem zapłacić 15 złotych po odstawieniu roweru i jeszcze sie dowiedziałem o tym kiedy mi naliczyło Nie polecam ta aplikacja powinna zniknąć z internetu!!!

I paused my ride and the app asked me to block bike, I did it and it took from my balance 150 pln for parking not in special place(I wanted to pause ride and continue it after an hour). No notifications about fees, no warnings about parking, no guides where to park, nothing. Moreover, the app is awful, everything works like hell, it's buggy and laggy.

Забув свій пін код, була опція «вислати на смс з піном на номер», нажав разів 15, смс так і не прийшло.

I like the app after the refresh. It performs well, has all the functions I’d ever need and is pleasant to look at. The only thing it’s missing is support for live activities, I think that would enhance the functionality nicely by providing the user with a visual representation of how many minutes are left until the next price bracket.

There’s literally no logic in the main function - you have to find out everything hard way. The point is that app itself is really bad, I would understand if the problem was with bikes or releasing mechanics, but it’s really just an app

Pierwszy raz od 10 lat chciałem skorzystać z Veturilo. Założyłem konto, dodałem kartę, pobrało mi 10 zł. Konto nieaktywne. Na infolinii dostałem informację, że mają problem i nie działa. Zwrot dostanę na konto aplikacji, dzięki za 10 lat może spróbuję, może będzie działać. Tragedia. Nie polecam. Wszystko co Państwowe to gówniane. Pier…ta Polskę.
