Pointless app
So you can’t buy tickets or get prices. Better to have no app at all than a pointless one like this!
Very little use
No ability to see fare types or prices. Home page just a series if pictures!
Does not work
Pointless. I’ll just try the web site to book ticket
Useless App
Doesn't work at all. Can't look at future dates or book tickets. Not a good advert for Canadian tourism!
IOS version doesn't work on latest iPad Air software.
Downloaded the app onto my device. It doesn't let you register, only as a guest and the screen froze at the first screen... Choose a Date. So it's been deleted...
No train status
The only reason I downloaded was to get train status from Jasper to Vancouver and the app can't find any trains! Useless.
App needs work
Data entry into the booking page is full of code errors. I suggest removing the app from the app store until the code is correctly implemented. That will save customers time and annoyance at Via Rail.
Crap
Nothing works Waste of time
You Can’t Add an Existing Reservation??!!
You can only use the app with reservations made through the app making it useless for everyone else.
