Big time cool man, made travel easy

Most time busy but had a couple great drivers

The rides and times are just unreliable. Some rides last up to over an hour depending on where you’re going. They will assign a ride that says 10minute till pick up but will not arrive for another 20-25 minutes. (5 minutes in via time =10+ minutes in actual times) Not to mention most times when you’re already inside the ride the drop off times will change many times because they will try to add so many pickups crammed in one ride. The service simply does not take into consideration that most people have a place to be certain times. If you do not call atleast an hour or more before your designated time prepare to be late.

It's a hit or miss. The average wait is 15-30 minutes. They don't share the ETA to your destination until after you've gotten in the car. And the route system doesn't make sense. More than once it has taken me way past my stop just to turn around and take me back after everyone else. I've debated just getting out when I see the planned route. But it's a waste of time and energy.
