I realised my booking timing was wrong and requested the team to investigate the logs to check if there was a wrong redirection link, or if it was an oversight on my end. Instead of responding to my request , they repeatedly inform me on the additional charges to change my flight booking, and that their platform has never face such an issue. Extremely poor customer service . Will highly recommend NOT to use this service .
My personal opinion don’t use this website.If cancel someday they charge $376.Very annoying service very poor customer care service and no phone number etc….
If you buy ticket from them, you will only allowed carry baggage. They won’t assist you to buy additional baggage even you are willing to pay. Super hard to get them to reply your email; no any phone to call or chat.
Don’t use VIA.com. That’s all I can say. Take forever to reply

I booked my air ticket travel from Beijing to Singapore using Via app this year February, however, the flight was cancelled due to COVID, not due to my personal reason. By policy, I can get back my full refund. Upset, until now I haven’t gotten any refund back! I have emailed them countless times, didn’t get any reply from them. Worst thing ever, they have no hotlines for us to call. Strongly suggest you all don’t use this app to book flight ticket.
Via.com replies email in ages, no urgency in helping guests. Once money is transacted, no refunds or alternatives provided. Esp in these covid 19 emergency non essential travels, they are not even updated on the situation. Airlines dont even bother communicating with them as they don even know anything fr flyte reschedules to the current covid 19 situations. Bad bad service! Apps provided cant work, telephone given are invalids. Seems like a scam!! Maybe all are dead due to Covid.
Hotline of Singapore is fake ! Hotline of India no one pick up ! Email to the customer care no one reply ! Totally nonsense! The company just went disappear after I purchase the air ticket!!!!
Airline is giving full refund for the flight cancellation due to Covid 19. Via.com is charging S$100 per pax for the service render for the refund from airline.
