Subscribed to their app as fitness business owner, when they were in their nascent stage 2 years ago. Was promised close user engagement and upgrades along the way. Fast forward two years later, and ENDLESS bugs and issues, things are still the same - a disappointly arcane UI and lack of security and robustness. Said bugs include user account issues, integration issues with ClassPass, data privacy issues etc …. On top of all these, they raise prices year and year and do not allow grandfathering of prices. App is convenient and easy to use

Small business owner here, using Vibefam for around a year. App is developed by a team young SG entrepreneurs and they have all my admiration. However they have chosen to ignore much of users’ feedback and those of us who joined in good faith are left with a poor experience. Instead they are chasing new customers and ignoring those who have already subscribed. Below are the real issues: 1. Very Dated UI - basic boot strap build has not changed since they launched. 2. App wake issues - app not closed in the background will not load normally when woken up. 3. Integration issues - ClassPass integration is wonky without heartbeat checks. Dev blames 3rd party for all issues. Subscribe at your own risk.

The vibefam app has made booking into classes more fun! It is easy to navigate, has convenient payment options, and good last-minute deals, I've been able to explore a variety of studios and workouts. The app can load a little faster but I can see the team has been improving on it

the app is easy to use & the booking process is so fast & simple! they have this last minute offers feature that allows u attend classes at a discounted price which is great for broke students like me lmao 🥹🥹 so far ive used it to book pilates classes at the flow playground & i havent faced any issues, great app !! 🤩

Really like the last minute deals that are super worth it and easy to use and navigate but wished that were more studious on the app to choose from

I used to book classes on Mindbody but have switched over to vibefam because the interface is sleek and simple and the app is so easy to use! I love the last minute deals because of the huge discounts and offers available 😊😊

New user to the vibefam app, and I love the last minute offers feature since I can try out new studios at a cheaper price 🤩. My app used to crash all the time but the latest update fixed it, kudos to the team behind the app!

great local booking platform! #supportlocal Also a user of Mindbody but I really like how simple it is to use this app. Easy for me to navigate around and book classes for my studio, Tirisula Yoga. I like that I can pay with Paynow or sometimes Grabpay. Just don’t like the colour purple lol maybe can change 🤣🤣
