Dysfunctional app, poor customer service
Gave this a 2 star just because once or twice I attended the events which I enjoyed and I felt initially the app would be interesting and might lead to interesting people. However I was extremely disappointed and upset by the poor customer service when the app would no longer let me sign on (it was bugged) and the customer service would repeatedly not offer any help or support whilst they still took my subscription money (which is far too expensive for what the app is/provides compared to others). It took months of chasing and chasing (I was exasperated but refused to give up) and receiving automated and ridiculous replies from the team not addressing or reading my concerns (which was not hard I literally just couldn’t log in to my account with my normal details) until they finally put me through to the IT team who set me up with a different email. This still malfunctioned and I had to chase again, and then instead of adding two months back on I again had to chase them for the further month they owed me. I just can’t believe how bad the service was. It could have been so straight forward. Was not worth it either. Very disappointing app and experience and I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I know friends who have also ditched the app for similar reasons.
