Victoria's Secret PINK Apparel

Haven’t been able to make a purchase through the app. I have updated the app with the new update, but it does not fix the issue. When I click to sign in it scans my Face ID but then the screen says it will send a verification code to my email but a second later a pop up says something went wrong. I can’t sign in and use my rewards to place an order.

Whenever I try to make a purchase it makes the price of the the jump significantly higher or it gives me the something when wrong on our end message how sad

Nothing on the app works can’t even check out, can’t sign in and can’t apply any discounts or codes

I've been trying to use the application during the great holiday season for the deals, the application does not work it says something went wrong, it's happening on Victoria pink and also Victoria's Secret, the last order I had to do over chat very frustrating I also have another order but I am not going to place it because Victoria's Secret is no help very disappointing when I contacted the technical support they told me to unload and reload and do all these stupid simple little things which did nothing to help me and then they just left!! They lost a lot of business from this gal L O L

Can’t login not working for months now can’t order

Does not let me shop on the app. when i try to submit my order it say try again. when i try to sign in it say try again. all i get is the OOPS message when i click anything and my app is UPDATED. i missed the sale because of this. I was at work and had to attempt to purchase online.

I like shopping VS and Pink but the app is so frustrating to use and makes me not want to shop there. It seems there is always an error code that pops up when I’m trying to sign in and lately there’s been an error code when trying to enter coupons/promotional codes. If I’m looking at something and click back to the main page, the app takes me to the top of the page so I have to scroll to where I was again. Then when I go to check out it doesn’t allow me to use any payment options other than debit/credit even though it says they’re offered. You would think they would put more effort in to making it a user friendly app but unfortunately that is not the case. Absolutely would not recommend!

It’s such a glitchy app I just downloaded it and anytime I try to check my order or write a review it glitches out
