When I first got this app, it worked great for me on my iPhone 12 and Roku TV. Now since the biggest update on iOS, the app will not load a live game in any way. Please fix because this app is fantastic when it works.

I tried watching a live Stars game and all it does is spin. The video never loads.

We have high speed internet, but the video quality of this app is very low. Motion is jerky and seldom in focus except when play stops. There is no way to record a game. If you join late, there is no way to start from the beginning, you join live and risk seeing the score while you rewind it ever so slowly. This app leaves me hoping for a real network game once in a while. It might work better for slower-moving sports than the hockey I watch, maybe bowling would look good? Probably not.

Tried to watch the stars game with my son. It just loads, never shows even a glimpse of the game. Now my son has stomped off mad and I wasted time with this app. Really appreciate that.

One of the worst streaming services out there maybe in a year or two will figure it out they stopped the game to throw in commercials while the game is on you have to download the app every time you decide to go out of the game and return back to it you can’t get in and it’s not my service

The Dallas Stars are the reason I downloaded this app. They don’t stream anywhere else, and every time I try to watch a game, it’s not featured on the app. I’ve watched maybe 2 games this entire season because their games are impossible to stream.

I have been loving watching the Stars for free!! So convenient watching on my phone and casting has worked very well too! Overall great experience; however, the app sometimes says I cannot watch due to my location even though I’m still in the Dallas area. App would be perfect if this bug was fixed!!

The app is terrible you constantly have to delete it and reload even oh your acct is active

App worked great at first. Since last update all I get is the loading wheel when trying to watch. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, logged in, used guest access. No good.

I use it with a Firestick. It can take 5-10 minutes to I initially boot up and then launches into random videos instead of to the main menu. Dallas Stars games are almost unwatchable. There is constant video freezing, random unexpected reboots, and poor video.
