This app will be retired soon reason why? There’s a website I don’t know why they doing this

I had to give it a star to write the review, otherwise I wouldn’t have. It’s laggy, information is outdated, enlarge function doesn’t work. Typical government stuff up. (This was an old review) And things haven’t changed at all.

I have removed this app now. It used to be good as I could look at traffic congestion to work out routes but one day the PLAN button disappeared removing this feature. My friend still had that feature and I had not changed my phone. I rang VicRoads and after talking to various people eventually got an email address for the IT area controlling the app. I emailed them to find out how to get the PLAN button (for congestion) back and after months still have had no reply. Idk where this app gets its information from, weather it be from people who use it reporting incidents, or what, but it should get updated from the emergency services. I know this is not the case, as Apple Maps updated to say that I couldn’t get to where I needed to go sooner. This is a massive failing on this app. It needs to be improved

This app has turned to trash. I used to rely on it for my long trips to and from work however it is now unusable. The map which I rely on is completely unresponsive. It’s such a shame as I used to find it super reliable and easy to navigate.

I am trying to use this to plan a long journey while much of the state is flooded, but it is almost impossible as: 1. Many of the ‘incidents’ were last updated 14 days ago. 2. There is no way to filter to just major roads, so the map is awash with hundreds of minor road closures. I just want to know if the Hume Highway is open or not, and there is no way to tell.

As at todays date, 27 Oct 2022 , there are a lot of floods etc around. Every single warning that I look at on the map is from months or even years ago, so not much use in the slightest. Don’t even bother. Wonder if I can sue VIC govt if I get in to trouble using this app.

Downloaded to check which roads are flooded and it's so slow it's a joke. Tried the desktop version and it's just as bad.

This is a handy app with real time information but hard to find info on a particular road that has been closed because there is no search function and the closed roads seem to be listed randomly. During floods you need quicker access to information. Being able to sort alphabetically or by region would help.

I dowoaded this app to view traffic conditions on a map. Unfortunately, the map takes forever and a day to respond to any user input, trying to zoom or click anything. That makes it useless for my requirements unfortunately. This is on an iPhone SE running iOS 14.
