I like the app because it groups all my cameras together but the app has never updated. It lags when loading camera view, I swear a crime can be committed by the time I get visualization.

I bought 2 cameras and one works fine but the other won’t connect and I’ve tried troubleshooting over 10 times. Also I had to factory reset one cause I couldn’t hear. They ads are so annoying as well and the app is trash. I think I’ll be finding new cameras soon and put the other in my garage

Terrible app. They added ads that block you from viewing the camera feed. Then when you get past that the camera feed takes 15 minutes to load. Not even joking, I timed how long it took for the camera feed to start showing.

With the new version there is more adds and less reliability. About 75% of the time it won’t connect. (Pick up my wife’s phone: same camera, same Wi-Fi, same ISP, OLDER version… NO PROBLEM) Lol So, I deleted the app, reinstalled it, and when I logged in … it tells me: “no internet connection” 🤪🤪🤪 YEAH RIGHT! It is a shame how unreliable the app is as we want to use it to monitor important little ones! Ugh. Ditch the app and their brand of cameras.

At first it connected normal but after 3mounth i couldn’t connect it to my phone!!!!!

Soo listed here, you say this app does not collect data, but in your privacy and data collection policy it spells out that you do.. looking at apples requirements for being able to say that your app does not collect data (even though it does) it seems the current policy you have is not in line with apples.. please help me understand.

I have the camera but suddenly after having it off for a while the app just keeps sending the two factor authentication over and over but never lets me in. Just ask for parameter exception over and over.

No reason to add ads except for greed. They are intrusive and prevent you to getting to the camera feed.

I just can’t believe you started putting ads on this app. This is the most bare bones app with such little features and you are just trying to capitalize on parents watching over their kids. How dare you. No other child camera service does this. Absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed. Edit: I wanted to add that this company is displaying pornographic Ads now on their app. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. If they are capable of displaying disgusting ads on their app, imagine what they could be doing with your baby’s camera feed.

Have had for a couple years. Were never the best but at least I could see my kid. Would have trouble in the past house we lived in they would reset themselves. Not great when I wanted to check on my baby. Now I don’t really care about the ads but the WiFi in our house got unplugged and now that’s everything has reset the cameras won’t reconnect. What’s the point of having them? Worst purchase ever.
