the 4k download used to work on any video but now it doesn’t allow you to download 4k videos please fix this problem

Waste of time and potentially a scam

Go to download video, has no way to play, stop, leave the video as it plays and then when it ends cannot leave the page and none of the buttons work. Deletes after one use.
