Version 5.5 no longer opens on iPhone - this has been going on since November, please fix.

What an amazing experience

since installing the latest app update (v5.5) the app cannot open/ launch on my iphone 15 pro (ios17) at all - it just bombs out. which means i cannot use the app to order, use my app wallet money, earn points, NOTHING. there is no app support i can contact. please fix this!!!

Great Coffee, would be nice if app could link to biometrics thus getting rid of the pesky password.

So convenient and on point. It’s helpful, saves time and earn you rewards.

App works well and usually there aren’t any issues. But after every use the app directs to the rating screen and at that point I just close the app. It’s a bit much.

I was disappointed, cos my husbands coffee was cold. And so was his prego chicken baguette. Staff are shouting to each other, while customers are here to enjoy a calm sit down. Moeneba has excelled as a host. We missed her today. Love the vibrancy, though we couldn’t here ourselves chatting.

Latest bug is that it just doesn’t allow checkout when you’re ordering ahead.

I’ve been going to the Vida in Carlswald shopping centre for months now and I have to commend the staff and their service. It’s not just coffee it’s passion it’s love for people that keeps me coming back. Mpume to be specific is my favourite character. He loves being a barista. He does it with a smile that could light up the world. Today they told me the store is closing down soon and it saddens me because as their time ends here so does mine. I will miss you all
