Result only show green screen. Video failed to be exported.
Exact same problem as this reviewer & I paid for the premium version: “Would be great app if it always worked properly. Can’t get it to consistently utilize a PDF logo without it adding a white backdrop to the logo. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Really annoying that it’s wasted my time trying to get it to work again after paying for it.”
the app works fine while im creating the subtitles but when i export the video the screen is black with the subs playing over it
I tried both apps and neither had sound on my video. Of course I checked to make sure it wasn’t the original video and it wasn’t. Other than that easy to understand just wish I could have used it today.
Everything works like you’d expect, you can make text appear on the screen for certain amounts of time, but there’s no play button for you to listen to the video. I would seriously like to know how they expect someone to put subtitles on their video if they can’t even hear what they are subtitling.
Works great and is very efficient. However, I can’t export my six second video. It says something like cannot export now try again later. I hit try again but the same screen saying that it cannot export pops up.
I hear no Sound when i play the Video so i can put my subtitles
You can't listen to the audio from the clip as you add subtitles from within the app? What? How am I suppose to know what is being said at that particular time in the video then? Makes it unusable.
While this is a very clean and good subtitle app, there are some things it lack. Specifically, in terms of font and color choices. The older version of this app has lots of fonts and the choice to make text turn into custom colors, so I don’t understand why this “better version” took that away. It would also be easier if we could type down when we want our text to appear and disappear as well, like the older app. Please consider and thank you! >^>
Very easy and straightforward to use. The font are all beautiful and suitable for many kind of content
