Tried to add a video but it just got stuck on a rotating loading wheel.

No drafts option No audio editing Exports without sound.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK
There is no sound, there is a limit on the video. I would not recommend
Really need help on how to get a refund.
Paid for premium and what ever video I put in it comes out once converted stretched, completely warped and distorted. And videos still can’t go over anything like 2 minuets. If anyone can help me with getting a refund I’d really appreciate it. I will keep the app but just want to restore my purchase,
Doesn’t work
It wouldn’t let me add photos or videos. My cousin tried it on her device and it didn’t work on hers either.
This app is a con
There is no way to add photos or videos onto this app, even after I installed the full pro version. Absolutely useless. One of the instruction messages which comes up on the screen even mis-spells the word ‘please’
Don’t buy!!
Purchased full app, still won’t let me access ‘locked’ frames and ‘restore’ button does not work. Have turned phone off and on, there is also no customer service to contact about the issue. Just awful
