Used to love this app but it needs updated to work with the new IPad and IPhone update. It will no longer open or work.

I like this app. However I never have a tournament available. Is there something I need to do? I sent an email to the support email, but never received an answer.

PLEASE STOP with the Adult video. I’d like to earn extra credits but almost every time it’s an 18+ video. Often my grandchildren are around. Please, please, please stop with this video!

Been playing this game (including purchasing) for weeks. Awesome game until it freezes (when you try to double your credits by watching a video). Have deleted & re-downloaded several times. Only game available is standard poker. All others show 'downloading' but don't. As my only interest is Multi-Poker this app no longer appeals. Very disappointing as I have over $1 million credits (because of purchases) that I cannot use. Bad deal!

The problem with the video poker games provided in this app is that they have pay tables that are worse than in most casinos around the country. No self-respecting video poker player would play these games in a casino, even a casino in a state which prohibits games that have perfect-play returns to gamblers that are greater than 100%. Let's do a comparison of several popular video poker games. The standard casino Jacks or Better pay table is commonly referred to as "9/6 Jacks," which means that on single coin bets the return is 9 coins for a full house and 6 coins for a flush, which yields an expected return on max bets of five coins of 99.54%. The app's Jack's game is 8/6 with an expected return of 98.5%. For bonus poker the standard casino pay table is 8/5, yielding an expected return of 99.17%. The app's bonus poker game is 7/5, yielding an expected return of 98.01%. For double double bonus poker the standard casino pay table is 9/6, yielding an expected return of 98.99%. The app's double double bonus poker game is 9/5, yielding an expected return of 97.88%. The app's deuces wild and joker poker games appear to have similar lower-than-casino payouts to the players. Since the app's major in-app purchases are for gambling coins, my advice is to save your money for a casino trip and to play only those games that have the higher expected returns to the players. Further, to prepare yourself for such a trip, purchase one or more video poker training games that either contain better player-return games or that allow you to change the pay tables to comparable higher pay tables found in the better casinos.
