this is a really amazing app for editing. i bought video star year pro on July 26th 2022, and i recently updated the app yesterday. now somehow i cant use pro features even tho in my app store it says i still have the subscription. how can i solve this problem? please reply <3
It keeps adding bright colouring even if I don’t want to
When I add a qr code, it does fine in the preview, but when I watch the video for some reason it has this super bright colouring to it. What is going on?!
i think my videostar is broken ;-;
hi! so i was just editing and whenever i try to import a qr code, it says “unable to request that image” and everything loads slower than usual. if you could kindly tell me why this is happening? because i tried deleting videostar and downloading it again but nothing worked. all the qr codes were not blurry and they were cropped well. one of my friend’s videostar was also like this but we don’t see any other people having problems. please kindly tell me what i should do or is there anything you could do! :)
colouring glitch
hi idk if this is a glitch but every time I go into multilayer it just has this weird grey colouring already put on, when I didn’t even add it to the video. the app was fine this morning, can you guys fix this glitch please?

QR codes not working
I love the app and I wanted it for a long time and I finally got it then I wanted to make a edit I found out that can also add QR codes I search for it in YouTube and Safari I got some codes and went back to Video Star then I import the code but it said “unable to decode at this time” and I needed to go to my tutor extra class and came back after 2 hours I try again but it said the same thing pls fix the problem if can ;)
