The app has set up the camera but k can’t actually see the camera footage as it says my mobile app won’t allow a payment plan

Still reverts to portrait mode when camera viewed in landscape mode on a smartphone after a short period of time. You’ve know. About this for months. Used to work fine, before the last upgrade !!!

Really great server software and app, had a few issues over the years on their end but usually fixed within a few days. Unfortunately Ivideon changed its pricing structure today so that anything over one camera you have to pay per camera which for me would cost £100+ per year! Now you might think that’s a good deal for things like cloud recording, face recognition etc but this is for the absolute basic service with none of these features so it’s pretty much a glorified DDNS NoIP service, which basically means it routes you back to your own server at home, which yeah is handy if you are on a dynamic ip which most home users are but not for £100+! Again this is just to route your device back to your server which is doing all the work and heavy lifting, you can get these sort of services like noip etc for pennies!! Very disappointed in Ivideon’s decision, I would definitely want to pay something because they’ve worked hard on the software but not this much, looks like I have to find an alternative. Update Yes I completely understand paying something for it as it’s allot of hard work but again it’s not worth £100+ per year for me when it’s my own systems that are actually doing all the heavy lifting and yours is just telling me where that system is in the world and effectively just dialling me back to it. If there was an option to connect via a service like noip it would basically do the same thing. Again thanks for your hard work and if prices reduced in the future I’d definitely use you again as it’s a great service. Another update So this app is officially useless as they have now dropped the freemium option for one camera. You used to get one camera connected at no cost but you have to pay for everything now and again it’s literally an over inflated NoIP service, the cost is just crazy to connect back to MY server that is doing ALL the actual work! The developers should earn something but what they want for the service they actually provide is just crazy.

Has worked fine for years and years. Now the newest update is rubbish. When I click on events to view a clip the app immediately crashes Edit- the app developers responded to my issue and have fixed it. The clips are now viewable. Generally it’s a solid app, motion/ sound detections come through quickly. However low rating initially was because the app wasn’t performing its core role, rendering it useless. However happy again now that it’s working

Why do I need to install a server on a pc / mac to simply run this software; which defeats the object of simplified connectivity? This app could be so good! But I certainly won’t be installing a server to run it!!!

Just simply an amazing app and service. I never normally write reviews but thought Ivideon deserves one! I can use the paid Cloud storage or free to an External HD or DVDR, all recorded from Webcams (multiple) or IP Cameras. Motion sensors is great. As well as scheduled and continuous mode. Plus the ability to watch at x64 speed is amazing for scanning through tapes. Also live streaming from the Security Cams to any iOS device - and the ability to access the archives anywhere is amazing! 10/10

I have the occo plus dome with a mic,had it for a year now - instead of spending £500 on dvrs etc I paid £140 and an SD card, the product serves its required function, with my SD card I can go back 2 weeks (rolling) but if I double it to 128 I can go for 4 weeks recording all free, but you can pay for cloud Dand night vision are excellent, as with all things you can fine tune it, just call the helpline and after guidance you will have peak performance. I cannot fault the device, its great and does its job.

Update: I have now started receiving spam emails at the unique email address I use with this service. This is in addition to my wife, on a different, unique address, receiving camera invites from strangers. The service is clearly compromised and I wouldn't trust them to keep my videos secure. When I previously reported my concerns that they may be compromised, they dismissed it out of hand. Avoid at all costs. Original review: Been using this for almost a year. The app itself is not bad, as long as you don't have any problems. As soon as there's an issue, the support people will blame everyone but themselves and eventually just ignore you if they can't sort out the issue. This is a quote from their response when I suggested they may have a technical glitch : "it can hardly have anything to do with technical issues." Not the most inspiring response.

New update no longer shows you which camera has motion detected on the notification. This was really handy in the previous version
