It’s 2019 and this is the best app you could come up with? This is the SLOWEST and least user friendly app I have ever used. Before you pay your security guy for this software, make sure you have a few hours each day to devote to waiting on these pictures to download to your phone. Why wouldn’t there be a website you can go to instead?

So we have the alarm system and works great now the app is the worst thing ever I can do a single thing in it and it seems they don’t ever try a bit to make it better please fix this I’ll b great to have access and b able to arm and disarm the system from my mobile Thanks

App doesn't work. Keep away from that product

This app hasn’t worked right from the first time I tried to use it and 5 months later I’m trying to use it to disarm something and it’s not working so I have to place a call into the company that installed it. Worthless to me

It does what it is supposed to do. Arm/disarm your Videofied system remotely, get still shots of cameras on the system and review video history. Couldn't ask for more, better than their first app! Much improved!!

Doesn't take videos, every error is in French, and tech support can't decipher what any of it means!
