Not happy
This app can be a great site if they have it working properly it’s very frustrating to use. When you create video it’s never sending you what you created. videos will not always work so you can download this has been a constant problem. I’ve send numerous emails but never no response and problem just continuously seem to get worse

Give me back my money. I read the comments and you’re doing me the same way. I don’t have time for your services to hinder my business. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! You scamming people at this point and I wish I can talk directly to you. Stop ignoring my emails. 🤬
Used to be amazing, now just a pain
Was maybe the biggest fan of this app in the world for years, and now unfortunately it just is completely broken. I have been waiting for several animations to process for MONTHS with no updates or progress being made. Hopefully it can be fixed but the future doesn’t seem all that promising.
Would be a 5 but turn around is too slow
I love this app and all the options, my only issue is turn around time. I got the PRO so I could have 6 a day, but when I redeem go to redeem them it tells me a few minutes to at most a couple of hours…. Its taking multiple days (currently 3 and still waiting) worst part is once I have done my 6 I cant do anymore until the others come back, so what good is having the Pro when I don't get the benefits of it?
App not working
They steal your money and after you buy it makes you register an email and the purchase is no longer attached to the email so you lose your money . Their support team will not help !
Waste of money
I paid for a subscription and my renders never loaded. Then when I closed out of the app and reopened I wasn’t able to log back in. The password reset never actually comes to your email either.
NEVER GOT MY CONTENT
I downloaded and PAID for 3 pieces of content and was told it would download from a server in about 2.5 hours….. it’s now more than 12 hours later still nothing. The dev hasn’t responded to my email. WE ARE CREATING CONTENT AND NEED WHAT WE PAY FOR!!!! Terrible service.
Forever to render
The app is decent but for some reason it takes forever to render your edits. You have to clear cache like 4-5 times, sign-in, sign-out, delete app, reinstall app etc…
