The app sudeenly stop and i cannot see the moviee, the money was cut from my account and i dont get anywhere to fix my issues, for customet satusfaction there should be a place to report when problem arise

Totally disappoint with this app. I paid twice but still asking for the payment. Worst app ever seen

I watched couple of movies during this festive holiday. I purchased couple of movies but unable to cast in my tv and I contacted video pasal team via WhatsApp. They responded within minutes even on the day of Dashain (Tika) and solved the issue.

I bought pujar sarki i went for a small break again open app now i dont have a acess to watch back ? do i need to purchase again ?
