I bought this app on May 25, 2024. I paid the $ 19.99-lifetime premium. I switched phones and now I can no longer sign in. I asked for help to get my account back twice. I have not heard anything back. It seems they only want to collect money but not help their customers. What kind of service is this?

I bought your subscription with the vision of creating a video where I can show my product and have an avatar saying the content. The system made the most unrealistic avatar with any picture of my product. I am canceling this app. NOT WORTH IT!!!
phone function is not reasonable. phone simply sends you to the desktop. cannot login on home with an account other than the app store itunes email. i already have a paid account on the desktop. but now, can’t access paid account because heygen apl only recognizes my app store email which means i would need to pay again. how convenient
I think this should be cheaper if not free for most feature abut no I get an ad every 5 seconds and the app is unusable without playing a bunch to even unlock anything from the app. But it is a cool tool it overpriced

This is another scheme of so many ai — still developing systems, when you make a video with the avatars provided; which by the way are the same as D-ID app, the lips and face movements of your avatar are so blurred, and it says for life, but the thing after u opened once and logged out, freaking send you to buy it again; so pls don’t pretend with something it is not even original and low quality and don’t have well back up from customer service. C‘Mon!!
I bought the app and used it to make several videos. It did great . My problem is, I cannot login again. I open the app and am treated with a sales page . I look for a login to open my existing account but there is none. I know they must have a way to get to an existing account but it not very user friendly in that regard. Also, as a suggestion, add a feature that will allow changing the background. Or adding a green screen.
