Useful but not effective

Everytime buying ticket you need to sign in again and your miles are often missing even it was figured out on the issued ticket. Then the Claim missing miles loop start with fingers crossed. :(( Amateur- App such!

Crashes all the time

The app wants you to sign in with Lotusmiles even if you have a partner point account but you can use it as a guest. I have used this for 3 flights and every time you go to finish check in, it just crashes. This has potential but is basically unusable.
