Wanted to watch the series from the website, but it was available only through the app. Got it and no video works on the tablet. I just see the black screen. I tried to get to the customer support team through the chat, but was not able to go past the AI bot, which didn't help me at all.

I can’t watch anything in Ukraine

Unfortunately, Viki app has many bugs, particularly on iOS, which made the app unusable for me. I keep getting errors “Oh no, something went wrong” on every step and sadly, Support Team didn’t provide any help and didn’t resolve the issue.

and you can put Russian or Ukrainian because many people want to download this program but minus we do not know English so we can watch dorama Ukrainian or Russian

I have been using Viki for I think 5 years now and i don’t think I’ll stop , the shows are quality and the range of languages for the subtitles are just amazing. The subtitles are added as quick as a day and half after the original release. I love the learn feature too that was just a great addition and of course the timed comments, makes you feel like you are watching with your close friends , I love reading people opinions on some scenes. All in all Viki is an absolutely amazing website ❤️❤️❤️

Es hermosa esta aplicación la amé, me la recomendaron mucho por eso la probé, pero desde el principio me encantó al principio me costaba pero después la fui probando y la amo, así que pruébenla yo la amo la verdad desde que lo probé supe que la iba a amar y cierto, también ay muchos K dramas interesantes para reír,llorar, y sentirse identificados.

I have been using Viki forever and love it! I use a lot of Asian drama apps but this is by far the best. I love the timed comment feature so much because it makes the watching experience more fun but you can also turn it off if it’s too distracting. I love their selection and the subtitles are usually very well done.

My issue with this app is that I recently open it an account, in which I was offered a free trial, however the trial wasn’t processed correctly, and I tried again. Turns out that I pushed the option to buy it. $12 dollars for it and I couldn’t even watch the series I wanted to watch since I’m visiting Mexico right now. I won’t ever subscribe again, not worth my headache that this has caused me sorry.
