Keeps telling me I’m in Phuket (I ordered once from there) - and won’t let me select any of the other stores. Just says we have noticed you’re in Phuket, change your location. I am In Bangkok. Even redownloaded the app. Please sort it out Villa.

Been ordering and shopping at villa for years. I ordered express delivering today and it’s been 2 hours, and i haven't got my items. The manager called to tell me that the order is late due to there is another express order… ( is this supposed to be my problem? ) i asked for help on the chat section on the app and there are no respond. My family is waiting for the food. This is such a bad experience. Will consider shopping else where.

Completely useless - Apple Login go to another website not Villamarket - Already member got suggestions to sign up - When sign up got suggestions to sign in - All item All categories is out of stock - browse item by side slide with infinite scroll is useless You should take taxi to branch and return home must be faster than find item on this app. Just a (bad)showcase app not shopping groceries app
