Vilo

Okay so imagine this scenario: I was having problems with Wi-Fi, so I needed to check the status of things in my Vilo devices, but I couldn't do that because it logged me out, but I couldn't log in because of the connectivity problem and the fact that the Vilo app logs into their servers instead of our routers! 🤦🏼‍♂️ THIS IS REALLY SHORT-SIGHTED! Stop logging me out! I don't need to enter my password EVERY TIME! Easily 4 or 5 stars once this major problem is fixed!

Vilo iPhone app will not connect to computer dashboard. Vilo router install is through the iPhone app Since the iPhone app say my email address is invalid it will not link to Vilo dashboard on my computer with my email address & password Catch 22 = 3 un-installable Vilo routers that make poor expensive book ends.

I updated to the latest Vilo app (1.0.127) and I no long have access to my network configuration. It is asking to add all my vilo’s as if it was new. My iPad is still on the older version (1.0.104) and doesn’t have any issues.

This feature has never worked correctly through the different versions. I almost always have to manually disable or enable the wifi. This defeats the purpose of scheduling. Overnight hours entered are also not reflecting as entered, eg 12:30a to 3:00a becomes 12:30a to 3:00a (next day). Very frustrating. The lower price point is not worth the bugginess. I’m prepared to pay more for something that works the way it’s supposed to.

The app can’t complete simple tasks without error messages. I simply unplugged it and it stopped working and I couldn’t even submit a support ticket, restart the router or upgrade the firmware.. or the app. FIX IT PLEASE

I upgraded to the latest firmware and latest iPhone App and now the dashboard will not connect in the app and the app is not usable. It was so good before. Please fix it like it was before.
