Update please, add "esc" button on keyboards

This app lacks of a "esc" button... This app needs upgrade for iOS 10-11!

就不能优化一下？

连 ESC 键都能缺失，对于完全触摸非常不友好，这还叫 Vim 呢

can‘t insert space and Back Space

I use a Bluetooth keyboard, I can insert space and Back Space in other apps. However, can’t do that in Vim. Any advices? Thank you.
