The most useless app ever

Bad experience

My company using this app for check in ,check out for break and check out for after work,so hard to get accurate location for my work place, no options to key in manually my location. This apps is great for reminding to check in for work,but not reminding for check out if someone forgot to check out after work.Also this app not implementing AI (Artificial Intelligence) to learning users behaviour so can understand users better in app daily usage.

The app is having a 2.0 and 4.0 version, super many bugs are having here and there....and the service from the team is very slow, always say having meeting or this and that... Always hard to find them and this app charges us almost RM24000 per year, but they provide this lousy service for customers! And many function of the app is not logic and workable for the business... Hope they can improve this, dont only talk good when u want to get the money from us, only service and quality will drive a business go far!

After the update the apps just keep loading and loading

A lot of bugs and very hard to check in properly. Sometimes have relog in many times just to check in

I have just update the app. Looks like it's broken. This is the first time i can't open the app properly as soon as i update it. Please make a quick new update for fixing the bug on this app asap.

Wow this app is everything I ever wanted, it provides transparency and made my boss reward me fairly. My hard work and progress can be seen by my boss, and also my timeliness (I was never late to work unlike my colleagues) I can feel that ever since using this app my effort to the company is finally recognized and my boss treats me so much better because of it. Before the company started using this app I feel that my work is often overlooked and there are possible favoritism in the company. Not anymore! What a life saver and game changer! It’s extremely user-friendly and accessible on all types of mobile.
