No Customer Service
I reserved a hotel and got confirmation five days ahead of my stay. My card was charged as well. I went to check in and the hotel had no record of my confirmation, name, nothing. Contacted customer service and they gave me a different confirmation number which also didn’t work. I let customer service know it didn’t work and never heard back. I lost my money and didn’t get my room that I had reserved for two nights. Thanks vio.com. It was a great road trip. I definitely do not recommend this company.
