Very bad when booking, excellent, and when requesting, customer service does not respond to you. I rented a car and until now, a month has passed and the deposit has not been returned to me. I contacted the office and the broker and did not find any answer except for the word “They will contact you as soon as possible” 👎🏻👎🏻 The first and last experience with them, and I will publish it on our social media and warn them against this program

ما انصح بهم نصابين يقومون باغرائك بسعر الايجار وبمجرد ادخال معلومات بطاقتك البنكيه يعطونك شروط جديده منها مبلغ كبير بحجة التامين ولم يرجعوا المبلغ حتى الان لا انصح بهم واحذر الجميع منهم

للاسف نصبو عليك اثناء الحجز واخذو مني تامين شامل ع السيارة ولما استلمت السيارة من المكتب وجدت مكتوب في الحجز يدفع مبلغ الاجار غير شامل التامين واخذ علية المكتب ايضا تامين شامل فدفعت مبلغ التامين مرتين وترسلهم على الايميل لايتجاوبون معي واصبح الحجز عن طريقهم اعلى بكثير من الحجز عن طريق المكتب فلا انصح بالحجز من عندهم

اسوأ تطبيق يتعامل مع اسوأ شركات تأجير ويتم النصب ( السرقه ) عن طريق مكتب تاجير السيارات بحجه انه عليك مخالفات وعلى حسب مجموع المخالفات هاذي تجربتي وشكراً

I was deceived and the amount was not refunded, and the site basically did not indicate that I must have a credit card for purchases, knowing that I have a valid visa card and I was refused

Vey bad and cheating and Fraud company. I reserved two car and they are big lier they took their money in advanced and when you arrive you find everything different no full insurance and additional driver value is huge difference between their information and car hire information. It’s not trusted company at all and they will rubber your money and disappear and non responding to your calls and what’s up texts. Even the second rental i fount 200€ higher than the booked one with confirmation of the voucher and imagine they refused to refund my money and cancel the reservation while they know it’s their fault and not replying my mail at all.

Dear Sir I rented a car from the app for you but I received a call from you that the car is not available after deducting how I will be charged if the car is not available Please The quick reply so I can rent another car because I arrived on 14/7 Thank you
